Dalcor in search of startup companies for takeover

I'm the CEO of Dalcor, and I am currently looking for state run companies that have their P/E at or below 50 and can sustain a 150% employment. If you've got that, I'm ready to swoop in and buy up the company and add it to the Dalcor family.
