I Learned a few weeks ago that once you press the bid button, you only have 1 real life hour to retract the bid or it goes through.

Let us be democratic about this. Wendy I have contacted the federation chairman as well as the Nation that holds that seat in that region. Hopefully I will get a response.

This has nothing to do with permission. It is discipline in following the order we set up. Period. President Wendy professionally speaking, is it worth going to war with your own colleague?
