This post is for the use of all nations to bring None economic proposals to the table, and they will be taken up by your representatives of your regions on Little Upsilon. All Proposals are brought to the government site to be set up as an official Proposal, and then considered for floor debate by the Majority Leader. Once the proposal becomes a resolution and is debated on, it is then set up to be voted on. If passed, and signed by the Secretary of State, and Secretary General, it becomes a law. Please post all proposals here before they are considered.

JCSR0001 Constitutional Amendment Articles of Impeachment Act

This proposal is to make a constitutional amendment about impeachment. There is no impeachment clause in the constitution. There should be an impeachment clause for the Secretary General. As states: The Secretary General will be impeached if they commit any act the Federation Legislature, Security Council, and Common Market Legislature deep impeachable. If articles of impeachment are passed in any chamber of the legislature, it is then sent to the LU International Ciminal Court, and if found guilty, the Secretary General will be impeached.
Please Majority Leader take this up, and bring it to the floor to be debated.

JCSR0003 Million Person Minimum Military Personnel Act

This proposal is brought to allow by law all members of all federations of the Little Upsilon World Government should have a minimum of a million man military.

JCSR0002 Constitutional Amendment Intergovernmental Peace Treaty

This proposal is brought to make a constitutional amendment that all members of the government should all sign security Council Peace Treaties. It is in my belief that government officials should not go to war with each other for any reason at all, unless passed by the Security Council, or Joint Chiefs.

These were all proposals that were brought to the floor for debate in our legislature. Jack has not taken up any of these measures as of yet to be signed into law. These are just proposals.

Hez! let me ask you this? what if someone does not want to be an expansionist or an isolationist? what if they find them selves some where in between? or even with a differing view all together? do they get to have a voice in things, or an opportunity to run for an office? or are they to be repressed? it would seem to me they should have the opportunity to create their own platform or party. and with that hold all the rights and privileges of the other two Major Parties.

this seems to be the right forum for this question.

let me be a little more clear about what I am getting at. I am not an Isolationist, at least not completely anyway, in that I believe that there is a time to fight for a just cause. I also do believe in the importance of an international community that works together to create a free and sustainable world for all. I believe in the rule of Law, to where it does not infringe upon the freedom of others to live their own lives, and their right to protect themselves and their interests. however, It must also protect the lives and interests of its own commonalities. that being said, I believe their is something called universal Justice. pertaining to things such as Genocide, environmental instability, the inhumane treatment and oppression of other human beings. things that can not go unchecked and unhindered. things that are bad for everyone universally. this would require on some level a peace keeping force, or a global military of sorts. this is exceptable. h
