Kel of the Hydra Federation has moved into the decambra region. This is considered an act of war. If you do not leave the decambra region, Kel, I will take the c3 from you. Please, do not risk a World War. If you want war, then War is what you will get. Once I take that c3, then I know the rest of your buddies will feel obligated to fight the NLUO world government. Do you want to start this war? If you do we need to sit down and discuss the terms of the winners and loosers of the war.

there is nothing Diplomatic about Blatant acts of aggression. the NLUO has without Provocation Declared open War against a peaceful Federation. An unnecessary act taken by a tyrannical illegitimate self serving so called democratic government. you sir are a Pirate, Nothing more. the NLUO will find that Hydra will not sit by and allow these unwarranted attacks go unanswered. this is an Outrage! however, it is no surprise! Just to clarify things, I have been raiding Decambra for days.. I have raided half the region over the weekend, dereg'ing the countries after I took what I needed from them. The one country left, the one you speak of, has an order of bombs that I placed and had planned to dereg the country after my order was filled and the bombs transferred, Just as I did with the dozen other countries in Decambra that I have raided.

I would be lying if I said I didn't pick your region because of you being in it, but I intended it more for long distance military exercises and a minor nuisance to you, not an act of war.

That being said, you have run your mouth without even notifying me that my presence in your region bothered you, declarations have been made and the game is on. Congrats Hez, you've gotten your war that you and the rest of NLUO have been itching for and the bloodshed will be on YOUR hands.

Not really no as it tends to be my raiding patch, just so long as you're not part of any federations or groups linked to Hydra, I won't hold any kind of grudge against you, although me and you might clash occasionally if were raiding that region at the same time though.

It makes no sense that on two separate occasions we have Hydra members raiding c3s in regions that are occupied by NLUO members. There are plenty of c3s in every region and NLUO members do not occupy a very large majority of them. The act is intentionally provocative. At least this time you all will get what you ask for.

Yes, it was intentionally provocative, but not to this extent. Not a single player controlled country in Decambra is deccable by another player, so this c3 raiding posed no real threat.

None of the countries I have taken in Decambra have or had any established military. What? Is Hez all frazzled over the whopping 7 SF units in the country next to his? Big deal.

actually, paper is a pretty good money maker, at the moment is a bad time to by, but you can buy at 400 and sell at over 800. and it moves pretty fast. but good deals on it have been scarce recently.

Don't you worry your pretty little heads Hydra if it is war you want war you will get. I have been busy teaching new nations to war, some to no avail. They just leave the game. I am not going to offer help anymore. There are plenty of posts for nations to get a hold of the NLUO for help in war. I am going to focus on my empire now, and get ready for war. Grow a pair and come to war level 3. I already grew a pair, and they are big hair monkey balls.

1.) Hydra will integrate into the NLUO World Government.

2.) All hydra members are banned from obtaining government positions for 40 LU years.

3.) All assets taken in the war will be returned.

4. All Hydra members must allow NLUO troops in their countries for 40 LU Year.

5.) Also a sum of 100 trillion SC$ must be paid by the Hydra Federation

These are the terms if we win this war.

The NLUO has the appearance of an evil empire rather than a world government. I think I saw a story once where a peaceful republic got transformed into an evil dictatorship. I will play along.

Even I find his terms laughable, and i'm a good ally of his, these are the 5 terms he really means.

1.) Hydra will be forced to disband altogether with all of it's members joining the NLUO at gunpoint because they have no choice.

2.) All Hydra members will be discriminated against from obtaining government positions for the next 40 LU years.

3.) All assets such as countries will be sold to the original owners for at least 50 gold coins.

4.) All Hydra members whether they like it or not allow NLUO troops and interfere in their countries for 40 LU years or there will be war.

5.) You must pay 100 trillion SC$, whether you have this amount or not. Even if theres no way you can pay it, there will still be war.
