Another 0% tax country

Not sure if this is a tad too soon but: Pombara is accepting ceos whether moving in existing or starting brand new corps. Ceos are also welcome to bid on state corps most of which are upgraded to the 199/200 level. If feedback dictates I can always close them to make way for corps of your choosing.

I'll be adding population as I go along and I think the next few game levels will let me do that. At the moment, I seem to be going through alot of HTEn and HTS so if you think you have a workable exchange great !

I had some disaster relief supplies setup and it doesn't look too bad. What hosed me more was when the "training wheels" kicked in and built a new corp for me after I'd just closed some corps to make room for you guys (I disabled this when I first started -.-). Now I'm short 10k HTS, can't close the new corp and hunting for worker exchanges. Yay gamemaster :p!

I will send some corps at my earliest convenience.

Thanks guys, little warning that the game added another corp for me >.<! Salaries are low so you should still get your workers but still annoying *sigh*
