NLUO Refugee Camp.

This is a public service announcement from the Hydra federation to all of LU.

As many are aware there has been an ongoing conflict between the NLUO fed who claims to be the total world government of LU and Hydra which was created after NLUO expressed its intent to the LU community. Although the initial reaction from Hydra was somewhat harsh, it was none-the-less a reaction to the tyrannical rhetoric and actions by NLUO.

It has been mentioned many times that Hydra does not wish to control in any way the entire planet of LU, in fact Hydra does not desire to control every action of those within its own ranks. One of the original founding members of Hydra, Scarlet made a compelling speech to that fact recently. The goal of Hydra is to provide a balance, to provide those in the LU community who enjoy the camaraderie of a federation but who do not desire to have their actions dictated to them. The nice thing about Hydra is Mr Hez, is that we will not force you to join. We do not try to be the government of the entire planet. That's why Mr Herod is free to leave if he so desires and Hydra will not 'MARK' him in any way because he decides to leave.

But I'm pretty confident that Mr Herod has nothing to worry about by being marked by NLUO!

i think thats up to him.

Hydra's postion toward the NLUO, other than the obvious war. is that we retain the right to counter NLUO aggression. and that stance will remain.

The NLUO doesn't have to be aggressive. And blindly assertive, as it is. How ever, it has become obvious those members of the NLUO who would choose to peacefully, and openly expand their organization, are consistantly pushed aside, belittled, and threatened.

Hydra, true to its own principle of allowing players to play as they see fit, can not justify destroying the NLUO. Simply keeping it in check.

As an extension of our purpose. We are reaching our hand out to those players in the NLUO who would prefer to play a more friendly game than the leadership of the NLUO has offered them.
