This is a speech made by the Brother Leader. This is my position on world politics. Substitute General Assembly for Tri-Cameral Congress in the LU World Government. Substitute Unions for Federations. Substitute Security Council for Executive Administration in the NLUO World Government. This is exactly my position as to how the NLUO world government should be run. The NLUO World Government actually works exactly as suggested in the speech, and I want the World Government to work exactly how Gaddafi says in this speech.
