Crafty, you need to settle down sir. Players log in to play SimCountry, we don't all always automatically log onto the NLUO forum, so indeed Lee is correct. This is the perfect place to post. I thought the big deal was using the general forum? The quote was then, "This belongs in the LU forum."
You were just complaining about everyone being a B to everyone for the sake of being a B. So comon, ease up a bit.

I want to say, I too am a member of Hydra now, and they are not such a bad bunch of people. They are actually more helpful and more organized then the NLUO federation.
Now, on the government side of the matter, I believe that we need to settle down finish out this war or someone concede to the end of this world war.
Once the world war is over, we as a government can discuss how to better organize an coordinate common interests versus learning the game, as well as recruitment.
I don't think it is the fact that we, the Hydra Federations of Free Nations, and I steal the term from King Herod VI, want the NLUO to leave or not join.
We want freedom to choose. That is the matter in a nutshell. So if King Hezekiah can be man enough to concede this war, and retract the statement that the NLUO governs the world of LU, and maybe use this statement. The NLUO World Government helps to facilitate economic, political, and military stimulation.
It is your choice. This is my basic feelings on the matter.

ive said it before and Ill say it again. as many of my fellow Hydra members have also stated. we do not have a Problem with the existence of the NLUO, that is the NLUO that was originally proposed. an NLUO that Invited other Nations to be a part of a fully democratic organization, Unbiased, and uncorrupted. an organization that worked with the international community, not against the will of its people. we are against the NLUO falsely claiming to be THE world Government. In asserting that claim you have already dismissed anything that even closely resembles Democracy. I personally dont understand Hezz why you cant simply retract that statement, and do what you originally set out to do. frankly, you would gain the support of the international community by doing so. but as of now, your list of enemies continues to grow daily. you have absolutely no respect from anyone, except Wendy and Lee. and have absolutely no hope of ever reaching your stated goals, as these forums have clearly demonstrated to the world what the NLUO is really about.  |

I agree President Shave. This is a blatant attempt to exert his oppressive policies on me because of the upcoming trial. Hezekiah will have no influence what so ever on the outcome of either of these trials, and is afraid of the outcome. When someone wants to control, they resort to intimidation because of their anxiety about the fact they don't have the ability to influence an issue in their favor. |

A Hydra has many heads (therefore many different presidents) but all work toward a common goal.
As has been said a thousand times, Hydra was created AFTER, AFTER NLUO used inflammatory rhetoric and declared itself THE world government.
NLUO is making the exact point we have been preaching! Mr Herod and Mr Gaddafi (for whatever reason they choose) want to be associated with Hydra. Why or how can you think you can dictate to them if they can or cannot. Do they not have the right to decide that for themselves?

You've claim right to rule by "majority rules," but your strongest supporters, as well as your original supporters, and jumping ship.
You can no longer claim right to rule magority.
This war has proven you don't have the strength to rule, or enforce your policies out side your own organization.
The NLUO, at this moment, is an uber fail.
But it doesn't have to be that way. You must adjust to save your dream. If you don't, you might as well give up now, because its not working.

Ok Crafty, as long as we're all having fun.
To the NLUO defectors, I congratulate you on your move to Hydra, as long as you all stay under war level 3, or 2 war levels away from me, you will have a peaceful existence there.
Josias, your opinion is of course your own. I have said before we don't need those who question their own loyalty, and we certainly don't need those who are "on the fence".
If you are there when it is thin, you need to be there when it is thick. If you can't live up to that requirement it is best you cut and run. Hydra can expect the same behavior when trouble comes knocking at their door.
The NLUO doesn't need to do anything to please any Hydra members, ever. The NLUO will only get stronger as we don't have to look around at those present in the room and question if they have the loyalty and stones to see us through the rough times.

But I do have to point out something. I was reading EO's LU stat report. Based on the NLUO's numbers for population, military, production, etc. They soooooooooooo teeny tiny!!!! How do they ever think they can be the governing force of LU? The OTHER federations on LU are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay bigger!!!! Hydra is like 3 to four times bigger, maybe more as I'm not currently looking.

Uio, Hydra is a federation here on Little Upsilon that was originally formed to stand against the New Little Upsilon Order when the organization began to make claims that it controlled and governed the planet. A long cold war began between the two groups that eventually heated up to all out conflict. Victories by Jackseptic, Keto, and Josias against members of NLUO, along with a few members of NLUO defecting from the their group, eventually led to NLUO having to accept terms of peace.
Now with the conflict being over, Hydra continues to be a strong federation and ensures the protection and sovereignty of the nations within the federation.
Feel free to read around on the forum and form your own opinion of Hydra. I think you will come to realize that most people here do not despise Hydra, that only the enemies of Hydra have any sour disposition towards us. |
