Enterprise Corporations

Hi,
For an enterprise, what is a good salary level for workers? Also, should corporations autoupgrade, even if they are not making a profit? I need advice on how to run an enterprise because I just started playing. Thanks.

Salaries - Due to recent changes of C3 salaries to improve their welfare indexes, I would recommend somewhere between 300 - 350 to have a good hiring rate.

Upgrades - You must upgrade quality if you want your corporations to be profitable. A non upgraded corporation will NEVER be profitable without ASQ.

If this is your first game entity you control, the biggest advice I can give you is be patient and build up slowly. There are a lot of new enterprises controlled by new players that are bankrupt because they build up way to quickly and get trillions in debt. A little debt won't kill you, but I would try to completely avoid any chance of incurring any just to be safe, as it does tend to pile up once it starts.
