Delay needed for Investment Funds / Stock Market

How many times have we looked for opprotunity in the open stock market, looked at supply of stock, and saw nothing but a column of zeros?. I do believe this because Investment Funds are computer code and can react in milliseconds. We humans need a bit of time to read, and make sound judgement before snap-acting. This is a frustrating aspect of the economy and should be adressed.

This is true. The investment funds grab all of the bargains. People don't get a chance to buy the shares with the lowest PEs.

It would be more fun if there were a 24-hour delay between the offer of shares and purchases by investment funds.

Mr. Madoff I agree with you fully. A 24 hour delay before Investment Funds are allowed to react would make the Stock Market aspect of this game more dynamic. Let's hear it folks: Should I attempt to ask Simcountry to implement a 24 hour delay on Investment Funds? Let me know.

I think it works fine right now. I go public with corps fairly often and, if someone is interested in investment opportunities, feel free to message me at Candinnalm (on LU). I would only ask that you keep your purchase under 20% of a given corp as to not buy a controlling share.

I do have a question about offering shares... If i offer shares and I'm still the majority owner then does the max of quality and effectiveness go past 200?

As a CEO yes, as a country, no. And only if the shares are sold, just offering them doesn't suffice.
