Crafty like many other players like yourself who are at war level 0-3 I am unable to declare war against you. I am at war level 9 and can't attack Serpents countries. I wish I could but I can't.

You can give him fed air help Lee. Don't make limp excuses. You could have given him high quality weapons. You could take local C3's to help him strategically. And you are supposedly a top man in the LU world, so you could have summoned the rest of LU to James's aid couldn't you.
