There should be a full stop (.) behind the O in N.L.U.O. which you wrote in the title. Another option is to not use any full stops, since NLUO can be abbreviated correctly without them.

lol :P probularly, but it's not like you can't eat it is it? the problem is with much of todays society is that people see horses more as pets now, like cats and dogs, rather than for work or meat. I personally know people who have had the meat over in France and Spain on their holidays and their opinion on it is that they say it basically tastes like strong beef.

Take that to it's logical conclusion and you could ask why we don't eat human flesh. Or do we...

Hmmm.... I have questioned myself about that one but I do know you can never trust a lot of these dodgy meat suppliers, especially if they're of irish blood.
