Apology to the International Community

I want to apologize to the international community for my recent behavior. This is no way for the leader of a world government to act. To the noobs, I apologize for being negative towards you all because noobs were the whole reason I created the government. Also to Hydra and the other federations of the world I want to apologize. I see from the election results that I am not doing well, and want to open up a more humble dialogue, and follow through on my words with action, and not just empty promises to keep power. I hope through this apology the international community could forgive me. My image has been tarnished by my own blind lust for power. So... I apologize, and will work for the people of Little Upsilon for a better world and not work against you all. I hope this meaningful apology will help my image. I thank you.

Also I would also like to apologize for my own recent behaviour towards the private CEOs within my own countries who were affected by me buying the corps forcefully without their permission or warning them first. As I believe my own behaviour was out of order which was caused mainly by my war with Serpent.
