So as many markets have just crashed (read the General section for info on this) there is a risk of more falling which will crash more. This will eventually settle down but until then, the risk of mass shortages crippling econ's is real.

I wish to help players out in this crisis. If your corps are short of goods that you would normally be able to supply to yourself, reply here and I should be able to help you out.

The specifics of this endeavor are quite complicated, here's what I want to happen:

A country has no production due to a lack of high tech services, it has 2 high tech service corps but they have no production due to no software. I will supply several months worth of software to the country. This is to be sold to the high tech service corp, and the high tech service corp then should be contracted supply the rest of the countries corps. The econ is restarted.

Note how I do not supply high tech services, but software so they can be sold to corps to produce high tech services. This makes what I'm doing more sustainable. Ideally the country would also have an software corp as it is likely that the econ will be hit by, or has already been hit by, a software shortage.

The one exception to this is for fmu's. As they require a game level 5 for countries to produce, it is likely that many players don't have and cannot get them. If your new and need FMU's I may help.

Note: this is for corps only, not your country. Angry citizens will just have to deal with no internet/bread.

Also, if your corp supply level is low, the same method will be used to prevent your econ from collapsing.

With both the supply of fmu's and this method in general, there is limit to what I can do alone, my econ too will eventually need many products, I have just built an econ that is very resistant to market volatility.

I encourage players who haven't been hit by the shortages to help out those who have, particularly newer ones. (Vets should have of built up contracts+stockpiles) You can do this by stating that you are repeating the method that I am using.

TLDR: If your econ has crashed (or is about too) but can restart, state your country name and product(s) needed and I will see if I can help you out.

Now you are making me feel guilty...

Well if there are any new players out there who need some help to get through this great depression I can help out. It took me some work but now I'm fine and I can help others. Feel free to post in this thread. I'll be using the same system as Chrispy to support you.

In times of large scarcity, some will attempt to gain all they can, others will attempt to ensure everyone has enough.
