I've begun blocking CEOs after a couple builds just to give employment time to disperse and prevent worker shortages, so just check back randomly if you see it blocked. It'll only be temporary.

You've got a welfare index of 129 which is pretty good. But I won't build a corp in your country. You're still a new(ish) player and I personally won't take the risk.

You do however have a nice country and I can certainly recomand it to others.
