Slave Country setup

Greetings to all.

I recently fought a bloody war with an AI (long story short, I forgot to kill their Defence Interceptor and Helicopter wings and lost some units by mistake :D) but now after having been victorious, am having difficulties stabilising the country. Right now it has one public corporation and eighteen private. However, profit is only at around 15 billion/month. Despite this, the total cash is dropping by billions each day. I have managed to set the education sector up to a degree, as well as transport, however I am struggling to stabilise the cash flow!
My main country is highly successful (at least in my eyes), yet this one is terrible!


Any tips?

Restock your construction. That's likely where your cash is going after you destroyed much of your slave nation while conquering it.

Thanks! The spending has morphed into a less annoying and steadier drop, which has bought some time! I'll fire some money at construction!
