Lookiing once again for CEO's (0%tax)

All three of my countries need corps, mostly West and East Axzan which are currently undergoing construction and population transfers.. i plan to keep tax at 0% in all countries and i will do my best once the intial process is done to keep welfare above at least 110 hopefully better.
