Looking for CEOs

I am looking for CEOs to build in my two countries: Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead.

I just set the target tax rate to 30% and it is climbing down 3% every month. It should be at that level in a few days. I am an experienced player and I will ensure that your corporations are well staffed by happy and healthy workers.
