Stop the dumping

Can you all please stop dumping services on LU?

I find it highly annoying that I have to buy them now that they hardly cost anything so that I have to sell them of for a massive profit later....

Players just do what they want.
the Gamemaster, as you probably know, does intervene in the services market because it can destabilize the entire economy.

but the gamemaster only intervenes if the price is at the top and shortages are huge, compared to the monthly productions and use.

even then, the GM sells a very small amount, a fraction of the shortage, just to get some corporations to get some product.

please let me know when dumping occurs, im very interested, thanks :D

Right now military supplies is in the green by a lot. There are simply to many corporations producing it. Just buy it now, keep it in reserve until the market goes in the red again and sell it off for a profit. It might take some time but it is worth it in the long run.

Being on the green is not necessarily dumping.
just a surplus on the market.

Check the utilization page.
It shows, per product, the production capacity and the product offered on the market and what percentage it is.

The percentage should be 100% or less.

If you check, you will see sometimes, a little more (this could be the result of trading procedures),
but some times you see 200%, or even 1000%.
this is clearly dumping.
