The state of Etruria and her Empire welcome all heads of state to this briefing involving the setting up of several agencies to assist all Presidents on Little Upsilon.
Firstly, the Lynx Minor Defence Organisation will soon rebrand itself as Litte UpsiloN Alliance Treaty (of) Independent Countries (L.U.N.A.T.I.C) . All presidents across the world are invited to join this alliance of federated free states seeking to assist each other in mutual development. Along with the new alliance, an intelligence agency is being set up too. This will be known as Intelligence Dossiers Involving Oppressive Sovereigns (I.D.I.O.T.S). We are also introducing a development fund, Military Aid (and) Development (M.A.D) and a mediation group to assist with peace talks. This will be called Central Upsilon Neutral Talking Syndicate, C.U.N.T.S. All communications internally and externally will be handled by our new PR wing, Public Relations Administrative Trust (P.R.A.T)
While you dont have to be a P.R.A.T to be a L.U.N.A.T.I.C it does help if you are an I.D.I.O.T and everyone is expected to be M.A.D. People with special diplomatic skills will be invited to join the C.U.N.T.S
