Disasters and relief support (White Giant)

Im wondering what relief supports are required during different types of disasters and whats the average number of units that may be needed.

I never had a disaster hit my nation but I still want to set up some relief support, but I do not have much reference points as to what to set up and how much!?

Some relief resources seems rather self explainable, but for example earthquakes, I have a hard time to know what I might need in case a moderate earth quake hits me?

For example, does 10 building teams mean I got good capacity or is it a very low number in case of an moderate earthquake?

Just my personal opinion. When a disaster hits, don't bother with relief. Just rebuild the corps and the pop will usually return in a few days anyway.
