Corp limit (Little Upsilon)

I know it probably says somewhere in the game documentation but I can't find it. Is there a corporation limit for countries if so whats the figure. I have quite a few number above the "recommended" corporations, and I'm a bit concerned that my countries economic potential will be hindered by a limit of corporations.

There is no limit to the number of corps that you may have in your country.

If you are above the recommended, it just means that you are making good use of your work force, assuming you have full employment.

but high pop countries have high death so labor is your limit. Don over build

I think you cannot build or bid on corps when you have 800+ corporations. I believe you are still able to buy stocks though - so there is technically a way around this limit: Virgin on LU being an example.
