As I build new Elementary and High Schools, orders for the schools are put out on the world market, yet I have over a thousand "in stock". o.O Have I made a choice somewhere to "stockpile" these things?

In the "Products in stock" page there is no option to "sell" the schools either, not that I would want to. I just want to use them for myself :(

The market orders aren't completing very quick, so I can go in to the details but there is only a 'cancel' option and the good old "get gouged by some shark immediately" option. There is no "use some of the thousand flipping schools you have right there" option :`(

Not a very capable president, here..

Please help, and Thanks in advance!

When you "build" said infrastructure your merely placing a "best price" order on the world market on said infrastructure. Your stock of said infrastructure will always be currently functional and for this reason you cant sell it. And no you cant stockpile infrastructure because after the index for that infrastructure goes over 300 the excess infrastructure is automatically destroyed, decreasing your index to 300 again. The reason it is displayed in your stock I would think is because it will count towards your countries assets.

There is one infrastructure that you can stockpile and that is production plants, one production plant is consumed when a factory is build in your country, so they operate differently then infrastructure.

Thank you, Angus88. That makes clear sense now.

Now that does make me wonder though, if I contract 10 highschools a month from a corp, does that mean...yes, I guess it would mean 10 would get built upon receipt, huh?

Oh, and could you please ellaborate on what "300 index for [some] infrastructure" is? Is that like unsold product in a sell queue or something?

You are a great help. Thanks so much.

I think he mans if your Health Index goes over 300, some Hospitals will be destroyed. If your Elementary Schools sub-index goes over 300, some Elementary Schools will be destroyed. Etc.

Makes me wonder, though: Can you keep your Health Index just under 300 and convert to Special Clinics just as many Hospitals as you order? Is there a limit on that?
