Who still uses Offensive Air To Air Missiles ? (White Giant)

i deactivated all offensive weapons 5 game months ago, still my country uses 65 Offensive Air To Air Missiles per month, even i have only 10 interceptors, deactivated.

Can someone help me to get rid of this monthly offensive weapons use by country ? Thanks.

Offensive air to air missiles are used buy fighter planes not interceptors. The only way to get rid of it is to sell all of your fighters. As long as you have them in reserves they will use ammo for training.
