Help a newbie here: It seems every month since I've started I get the message in the country newspaper that I am unable to maintain the army. Apparently, I do not have enough staff, and the result is "Insufficient maintenance caused 10 percent of the of the SF units to be moved into the reserves this month."
Does this have to do with population? Education? What is the best way to remody the situation?

population and education. if you don't have enough low level workers and medium level managers to operate the military equipment you have, it will automatically move them into reserves until you have those people available. |

Great, that's good to know. Based on what you described, that seems to have been my problem. I was cramming people at those levels into new corporations.
