I am having problems setting the targets. Even though the % of shares that I requested (24.99%) is actually a whole number, I am unable to select 24.99 - when I do enter it, and click confirm, the number changes to (in one case it was 25.1%, in others it was 26.43%, or whatever)

The only way to fix it, was to select a number, lower than 24.99 - but anyone that's going truly public, will understand why I chose that number, and why 24.8 is not a good choice (btw, that number worked for a few of the corps, unfortunately, there were other shareholders with 24.88% in their pocket)

Any suggestions as to what to do? And, yes, you can sell the shares manually, but to what end? The country portfolio target is higher than the share's that you'll own, and your country will just buy back to the % it set.

Thanks for the help :)

You'll have to trade the shares manually.

When the margin between the current target and requested is too small - not sure how much. probably 1% -, the game will not save the changes. But that isn't much reason to annoy. The target will adjust with the small amount of shares you buy or sell to the new percentage ownership.

Yeah the margin is 1%. Buy 23% in one go, then set the portfolio target to 24.__% if your making truly public corps.
