Does a Garrison now have to be 1001 weapons?

I can't create or alter garrison blueprint unless the result has at least 1001 weapons - no more small garrisons!

You have to use the sliding bar and change the precent of the garrison size. If you want a small garrison just scale to a smaller precentage. It's a little confusing of what the new small garrison will be made of. I liked the old way.

I'm still missing something.

Right now I have 3 different blueprints set up and deployed - with 802, 402 and 200 weapons. I cannot alter these blueprints. When I try it still says

"You need to select 1001 or more weapons for this blueprint."

The same is true if I try to set up a new blueprint with less than 1001 weapons.

Here is an example. Set up a new garrison with 1002 weapons. Then goto the deployment page. Move the scale to 50%. This will set up a new garrison of 501 weapons. What weapons and ammo goes where, I don't know for sure. You have to look at the garrison after it's opperational. You'll need some supply units to transport the weapons and ammo to the new garrison. Oh, that's another problem too.

Got it. So the Garrison blueprint has to be for 1001+ units, but you can staff it at less than 100%. Thanks. I appreciate the help.
