Moving corps (Kebir Blue)

I've moved a couple of CEO controlled corps from 1 country that GM re-claimed and another from badly run country, no workers, but both have seen their hiring and production fall to ~ 10%, where the new countries they now reside in have plenty of workers and the corps salaries are well above state/average salaries.

Is this right, will it take time to recover, ie re-recruit, how long, one is some time ago now and no improvement...

Hiring should increase 15% per game month with enough workers regardless of salaries, so it sounds like you need to make sure the hiring is set to 100%, or again check to make sure there are enough of each type of worker.
