It is my understanding that having higher salaries than state corp would pull workers. I have several corp that have higher salaries yet don't have 100% employment. In one country my salary is 500 with all state corp at 200 and the next closest private corp salary is 380, yet my hiring is 52% compared to 100% for all other corp. My products sold are at some left to none. Any ideas? Thanks, Griz31

You will need a much higher salary for that to happen, adleast 600-800. Its proportional not linear, someones not always going to leave their job for higher pay. Also a corporation can only raise hiring of each profession by 5% each month.

Thanks Angus, I just moved all my salaries up to 600. I'll have to wait and see if this works.

Griz, you only have 27,000 unemployed HLW in your country and corps are needing 87,000 for 100% production. That could be the problem. You better get some in !
