I have a long range division located at an offensive military base. It's out of gas and can't move. But I have at least three supply units at the same base! How do I make one of them replenish the division??

On a related topic, how do I move supply units to where I want them? Why doesn't a simple "Move" command show up for each supply unit when I list them? All I get is "Airlift" which is highly confusing, difficult to figure out, and not that helpful anyway.

Supply units move automatically. I know it's a pain, but you just have to let them work on their own schedule. As long as your country has gasoline in stock, they should supply it to your units in a timely manner.

Also, you need to have enough supply units. If you have a bunch of garrisons and units and haven't made additional supply units, you just do not have enough.

When I started I couldn't keep my air wings supplied with fuel. The way I supplied them was to disband them and recreate them. If you want to use that division quickly, you might try the same strategy.

Thanks. When you dismantle a unit, do the weapons disappear and you have to buy new ones, or do the weapons go into your available stock for creating new units?

I ask because I had a small unit that also wasn't getting supplied. I dismantled it, and then couldn't find any of the weapons that it was using when I went to create a new one. So I had to buy them weapons all over again.

I am at war with a c3 and have an occupational unit painting the map but it stopped because it ran out of gas. I went to check my supply units and none of them are moving. How do I get the occupational unit re supplied?

Weapons from dismantled units return to your stock immediately.

If you couldn't find those weapons, a supply unit probably stuffed the weapons into a garrison somewhere before you could find them :)

Eric, there is an option to airdrop supplies to units, though you lose 3/4 of the supplies dropped. I can't remember if cargo or military transport aircraft do the dropping. Perhaps someone with more information than I will come along :)

Your supply units are probably out of gas.

Disband them and set them up again (you can checkmark multiple units to disband, and set up identical units 50 or more at a time, so it is not very tedious). This fixes the problem in the short term; long term you will need more supply units.

Disregard the warning about units losing their training, as such training has not yet been implemented into the game.

Other option is the airdrop. Airdrops are not dependent upon supply units.
