Ending war. (Kebir Blue)

Is it possible to end a war against a C3? Will they ever respond to a peace offer?

i know if you just dont take any military actions for i think its 6 months, the war will end by itself

They can't respond to them because no one is controlling them, but they wont attack you and they reset regularly enough.

By respond, I meant accept... I declared on a C3 thinking I had jsut enough "left overs" from a previous war to take him out... He is down to ~15% war index, but I ran out of weapons. Dont really have the cash to re-arm at the moment to finish him off, so just want the war to end...

yeah, you'll just have to wait for the 6-8 game months with no military action happening. The war will automatically end.
