Navy? (Kebir Blue)

Can someone please explain how I can get ships and planes into a fleet? I can find to screen to move them between fleets, but I do I put them in a fleet to start with?

You need special types of planes that will automatically go into your carriers. For example, instead of fighter planes, you'll need navy fighter planes.

Thanks... What about putting them into units for using in an war tho? Do they need to be formed into units, or does each fleet automatically get the ability to carry out an attack?

Good question, fleets are considered units, so yes, they can carry out attacks.
