Can I only sell best price? (White Giant)

I have made a selling strategy for all goods I produce that is 20-30 above marked price and 10% falling each month. But when I look at the company list and klick on a good that says some left the selling bid is marked as best price. I can retract that order but I cant reduce the price. Is this a bug or am I missing something

Non-paying players can only sell at best price.
