How do i retract a corporation bid? (Little Upsilon)

someone in LU posted advert for buying corps worth over 99B, I wasn't paying attention and bid on one worth 42B. she's asked that I retract the bid, which is fine, only I can't figure out how to do it.

you should be able to do it in the corporation's page. It should tell you that you bid on it, and then have a link to retract it.

any CEO can bid on any corporation without your permission. It's considered a simcountry foul, and only asshats and noobs do it.

Try to send a message and ask them to retract the bid, otherwise debt bomb them.

what does that mean? take out a loan with that corproation for trillions of dollars?

Yes. And use the 'reduce cash' function on the corporations-->profit/cash/debt page to pull all that cash from the loan out.

If you wanna stick them for a full trillion, this is best done right before the game processes the last game month BEFORE the auction ends.

The downside is you have to manually replace the cash for all other corps that weren't hostile bid.

But don't do it until the bid is almost done, otherwise the corp may close before the bid is finished, and then you get stuck with it.

HTe game will only let you take out 550 B in loans, I think.

He didn't bid enough to get my corp, thank goodness. its one of my best. heh. somehow he requested to build a corp in my country, though, and it got processed without me accepting it. Don't know why? Anyrate, I will probably nationalize that corporation
