Is there some magic number for education index to start getting more HLW? Can't really adjust priorities or that, so not sure how to increase production.
Yep 20+ education priority for LLM, lobotomize all the excess LLM to HLW. Thats the only effective way of dealing with worker imbalances. Workers are generated by a certain ratio, lowering education index will give you more workers but if you don't have enough HLW then you will still end up with not enough HLW eventually.
