Worker planning (Kebir Blue)

Can anyone tell me how to increase workers? I generate so many professionals and hardly any workers. I try to convert them every month, but with the 50,000 limit, it's hard to make a lot of progress when you have some categories with over 150,000 professionals.

I have no problem staffing corporations with the needed professionals, but I can't keep up on workers, which creates a low hiring.

It sounds like your education priorities may be set a little too high. Try setting them somewhere between 120 and 180 depending on the size of your country.

I've always had them set at 120. If I set them lower will it change anything?
