If I lower my corporate taxes to 0%, will you move to my country? I'm also staying in "safe mode" because I'm more interested in developing my economy than going to war but I might buy other countries down the road.

If you go to the Little Upsilon forum and post that your country (please give it's name) is 0% then you should see an influx of CEO requesting to move or build in your country. The only thing would be staying on top of the employment within your country to keep your ceos at 100% hiring and production.
