Currently im trying to get to level 2 but to do that i need to spend a lot on defense the only thing i need left.Well so now im only losing 8 to 10 Billion$ a month and ive managed to keep it up with selling so GC's so to increase my income again do i just try to get CEO's to build in my country or is there another way too like offering loans?

What are you suing for defense? Missil interceptor batteries are by far the cheapest to maintain if their sole aim is to prop up the index for levelling.
