The GM set a new lower limit on the size of garrisons, making the minimum 1000. Set it up according to this requirement, and then when you deploy garrisons, you can set a Percentage of the amount set for the garrison.
Or you could just leave it @ 100%, and as you buy weapons, your supply uniits will distribute the new weapons accordingly.

Thanks no prob but that sounds like a bit of a pain in the arse. Why cant I the president say right I want this number here and I want this number here without having to get a fucking calc out. Who the fucks defends there 100 forts with 1000 weapons each anyway? No one probably. So why the hell dont they make it easier to work out? And I thought that its not possible to defend supply units with 1 jeep anymore cuase I have seen a few presidents still doing it?

The nuclear defense batteries are not automatically included in the format, I think.
I could be wrong about that, and if I am, just slide the bar to zero for them, replace them with an AA Battery or MIB.
Then deploy.
Weapons will be fairly evenly deployed.
The GM deleted the ability to have a 1 jeep supply unit, with a minimum supply unit with 125 weapons. But if you already have them, you can keep them. Whne in use they just pick up a few trucks and when done, drop off the excess trucks back to rhe bases.
For your supply units, anti aircraft batteries are Really cheap now, as are jeeps. AA batteries contribute a little to your defense rating, and its a good way of having them for emergency use.

1 nuke deff batt is included in the tiny garrison blueprint for sure. You cant take it out and just replace with 1AA bat. I was trying to do it several times yesterday. Instaed you need to make that garrison up to 1001 weapons as soon as you take it out. Theres a thread on the poblems forum were someone has already brought the prob up. You have to work it out in percentages apparently.

That seems unfair the players that have 1 jeep per supply unit get to keep them and new players need 125 weapons per suplly unit. Wtf? What advantage does this give?

I will re-thrase that question. Do supply units with only 1 jeep do the same job as the 125 weapon supply unit?

I'm reasonably confident that supply units deliver supplies with trucks. I haven't thought of a good way to test it.

A supply unit with 1 jeep and 10,000 trucks can deliver the same quantity as 125 jeeps with 10,000 trucks.

A supply unit with 125 jeeps and 10,000 trucks will deliver the same amount per jeep as 125 units with 1 jeep and 80 trucks per unit.

A supply unit with 125 jeeps and 10,000 trucks is much more efficient than an old unit with 1 jeep and 1 truck.
