is there any link that give information about type of goverments?

The government type does not effect the game. It is like changing the name of the country.

Wikipedia.org is a good place for information about anything. You can also use google. Be careful, if you ask too many questions you might end up on a black list. "types of governments" is less dangerous than "anarchy" for example.

Laugh out loud, the dangers of the internet! I don't know if your'e serious or not Mr./Mrs/Ms sheep sir/madam but Google are a mine of our personal information and who knows what use it is put to?

Over here in the UK the Govt. want compulsory bio-metric ID cards, "your data wont be mis-used guv, honest...". Yeah, right...
