This is probably a dumb question, but not much luck searching.

I've been re-activating some defense weapons in a slave country, but every month they de-activate on their own.

What's the cause? Population limits? Cash? Worker salary?

Probably a shortage of low level workers and medium level managers. You need staff for the reactivated weapons.

more bases required? I believe that if your bases are full, the game puts weapons in reserve. This is in documentation.

It can also be caused by a wide spread between corporate and government salaries. Read the newspaper it will tell you why the weapons were de-activated.

ahh, base, didn't think of that.

Salaries are within 10, and newspaper hasn't said a single thing.

Added a base, will see how that goes.
