How To Close Back To Work Schools? (Fearless Blue)

I've got over 200 Back To Work Schools that I would like to close down. The number of people they're sending back to the market place has stalled....and I want to start saving money again.

But how do I shut down those 200 schools?

Departments - Labor - Manage back to work schools
reduce or increase the number of schools you want in the bottom box and click "Submit"

There is a cap on the number of schools and clinics you can open or close and the number will be shown under "Convertable this month"

Back to Work schools are +5/-5 per game month max transfer.

Clinics are +10/-10 per month.
