Over the past 12 game months my country score (Nostero/KB) has been steadily nosediving, from 2165 to 2095, and I can't figure out why. Every index points in the right direction, with one exception: defense, which I haven't touched in ages.

At first, I thought I knew what the problem was. One day, having nothing better to do, I decided to raise some cash by selling a LOT of offensive weapons. (I don't play the war side of the game, so I didn't realize that Offensive Force personnel are determined by the amount of weapons in stock.) I quickly replaced them, and that index began to rise again after a huge dip. But my country score keeps steadily falling.

I removed secrecy parameters so if you'd care to take a look, you're welcome to.

Any thoughts, suggestions, insights would be most appreciated.

Regards -

Scott

I haven't looked at your country. But I will assume your welfare (socialistic services) has decreased, due to the game changes (number of education and health workers have decreased per education index and priority (and in turn all other educated professional), but GM forgot to decrease the number of education/health facilities needed per pop.

Thanks for the suggestion but Welfare has gone up over the past 18 game months, from 114 to 116, and Social Security Quality Index remains steady at 102.

Over the same period, Health Index has gone up from 142 to 145.
