I have my slave country I thought I wanted. It was easier than the number of Offensive Weapons I allowed for. So two questions pop up..

1: What to do with Offensive forces. Sell or disband and de-activate. How much will they sell for?

2: Financial recovery for both countries. My home is still getting starters bonuses, but I'm about to sign up properly and I expect they will stop. The slave wont get the regular 100B help the home country did, which let me simply follow the "Important Things To Do" red sections. What are my priorities with a limited budget?

Buy construction in your leader country and direct sell it to the slave. If you buy construction in the slave state the shortage converts the order to immediate. Definitely sign up properly.

If you deactivate it is painful to reactivate. Also you have a monthly military spending limit so re-purchasing units takes a long time. If you learn to attack CCCs efficiently you won't need many weapons systems. Bombs and missiles can't be de-activated and they don't cost anything to have around.

Turn on the secrecy parameters and move all your military to the slave state. You can transfer 3X your military spending space. No one can attack your secure country so there is not reason to have a military there.

Set your taxes to 0% and get some CEOs into your countries. That will expand the budget a lot. You get more cash from a sloppy CEO corp selling a bad product then you will ever get from the best state corps.

O.K. Thanks. I assume you meant sell construction to slave, not the actual company. Should have signed up back when our dollar's were similar. Damn strengthening U.S. currency. I've got till Saturday.

I have two division size units, a brigade and five occupation units I've labeled mop up units for painting the country. It would seem from my first experience that one division and three or so painters to go with my air attack wing should be enough. I'd sell everything else and disband and deactivate the keepers until I want to take another C3 (which seems pointless until I work out how to manage the ones I've got).

I'm not sure how to move military to the slave. Offensive forces and/or defensive? Can the slave afford to maintain them? I need defensive index in the leader for Level 2. Is that an important goal?

I am dropping the taxes slowly. Should I just slap the target at zero and be done with it? CEO's are real people, not just a product of the game, correct? How will they know I'm here?

As of today, my Leader is level pegging financially and about to go backwards, but I'm looking forward to learning how to get it right!

Thanks for your help. You and a few other names I see regularly must barely have time to play the game yourselves.

That's not really a thread is it? No more questions from me for.... lets say a month!
