Invaded by an abandonded country (Golden Rainbow)

I got this message earlier....

"Your country has been invaded by 2 hostile military units. Attack army units on my territory"

the country "invading" me is an abandonded country, what gives?

Its just the ones and zeros messing around with their supply units dude. Don't worry about it.....
