ik you have to beat down their index but i thought i read somewhere i i controlled most of their country (no pres country) i would beat them or do i have to attack them?
Painting the map completely should drop the index ~35%. The bases and airports occupy some of the map. CCCs start at 60% so half the war can be occupying land.
