I've been getting persistent messages in one of my countries about the salaries being too low for government workers, so weapons are being deactivated. Currently my government salary index is at 738; the salary of a lot of corporations is at the 800-1000 level. But what doesn't make any sense to me is that I've got 200 thousand unemployed MLMs and 2 million unemployed LLWs... what logic is there in shutting down the army because salaries are too low when there's clearly plenty of people who need work?

I don't know about others, but I always set my Government salaries around 10% higher than corporate salaries. Try that.....oh, and standardise your corporate salaries too - it makes life a lot easier!

Government salaries only have to match up with state corporations.

Ok... my state corps are all set to 1200. I'm raising my gov salary and hopefully the problem resolves itself

Thanks for the help

Government salaries need to be at least 5/6 of your corporate salaries. If not, people won't want to work in your government jobs (such as in the military) and weapons will be deactivated.
