Unwanted Country (Kebir Blue)

I thought I'd put a country on another world, but now it's all too hard. What's my options? I was told I can sell it but it needs to have a net value or something. If I turn GCs to Sim money, it'll be GCs going around in circles. What are they worth? They don't seem to sell often.
