Government v corporate wages (Fearless Blue)

My contry news paper informs me that 'Weapons are moved to the reserves because government salaries are too low compared to the industry.'
Governmemt salary is 135
corporate at 200.
What ration should it be?

I let the auto systems take care of my government salaries. Its alot easier that way.
