Strategic weapons (Little Upsilon)

why cant i buy strategic weapons? it says i cant buy them on the world market.

they removed that feature from the game :p

so i cant buy a nuke or strategic bombers or anything?

from another player or make your own.

I know I had a soft spot and I had been drinking so I couldn't exactly rip him a new one... Ok well I could of i was just too lazy to type.

And to be completely honest I think every time a world hits 20k nukes someone starts a war that goes nuclear and the stocks are drained a bit.
